Therapeutic Exercise Training

Movement is key to keep our bodies healthy but sometimes we have an injury or limitation that makes it difficult or painful to exercise the way we used to. My background in Physical Therapy and Somatic Movement allows me to help you find safe and productive ways to move and not get hurt doing it. Together, we will build a program tailored to your needs and interests that can pull from lots of different movement forms like Pilates, Feldenkrais, Somatic Exercises, yoga, dance, Tai Chi, swimming, walking, hiking, etc.
